Futurity Individual Dog Nomination

The nomination may be submitted by either an Owner or a Breeder. For non-TTCA Member-Breeder submissions, the Breeder must approve the nomination.

Directions: Please read the TTCA Futurity Rules (https://ttca-online.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/TTCA-Futurity-Rules-2020.doc), and Breeders, also please read the TTCA Guidelines for Responsible Breeders (https://ttca-online.org/ol-ttca-code-of-ethics/). Create the Nomination Form by completing the fields below, then click the “Send” button to submit. This will send the form to the Futurity Chair for processing. After payment is received, and if applicable, the Breeder has approved the nomination, you will be emailed a Futurity Nomination Confirmation and Number.
